Job Summary

  • This role will lead enablement, capability building, and transformation within our Global Talent Acquisition Operations (GTAO) team, ensuring major initiatives result in lasting skills, behaviors, and working methods for our talent acquisition teams.
  • Lead and develop important transformation projects, such as the GTA Advisor and Global Onboarding programs, ensuring our talent acquisition teams have the skills, tools, and stories required to act as strategic talent advisors.
  • Partner closely with senior GTA leadership and cross-functional teams across Employee Experience (EX) to ensure initiatives impacting GTA are introduced, understood, and adopted effectively.
