Job Summary

• The Supervisor/Educator is responsible for the daily supervision and coordination of operations for hospital and patient care areas under the direction of the Director of Professional Practice and Development.
• This role requires developing, teaching, and evaluating orientation, inservices, and continuing education programs while verifying staff competency through testing and observation.
• The incumbent must be prepared to respond to clinical and organizational emergency situations, including coordinating initial hospital emergency response plans and serving in command center roles.
