This Vice President role is responsible for the accuracy and control of the Firm's books and records to produce consolidated financial statements under US GAAP and global regulatory regimes.
The position requires extensive oversight of Bank Holding Company Regulatory Reporting to the Federal Reserve Board across multiple complex filings including FR Y-9C and GSIB Phase II/III.
Candidates will supervise and train Finance Shared Services teams in Mumbai while providing technical advisory support on accounting standards and regulatory rules to global colleagues.

Salary
Base: $120,000 - $205,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: Commission, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages; Benefits: Comprehensive employee benefits and perks

Key Requirements
