  • Knowledge of U.S. diagnostic reimbursement dynamics
  • Ability to design end-to-end customer experiences

Nice-to-have

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
  • 3+ years in hereditary or germline genetic testing
  • Experience engaging genetic counselors and KOLs
  • Understanding of consent and privacy ethics
  • Proven cross-functional stakeholder leadership
