Supervise a regional team of Service Engineers and Service Technicians supporting Hitachi Energy’s Service Business, focusing on timely, high-quality, and cost-effective service offerings.
Manage planning and execution of regional service activities, monitor service execution across schedule, quality, cost, margin, and customer satisfaction targets, and allocate work based on order content and competencies.
Organize, supervise, and develop Service Engineers, Service Technicians, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and procedures.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of Service Operations or Project Management experience
Associate degree and 7 years of Service Operations or Project Management experience
High School Diploma / GED and 9 years of Service Operations or Project Management experience
Minimum 5 years transformer service or power product field service experience preferred
