Job Summary
Responsible for managing all renovations and major works in the community including infrastructure, E&M, building and structural fabric; monitoring and coordinating the works carried out by in-house team, consultants and contractors.
Engage consultants and contractors to carry out construction, renovation and repair works and coordinate and communicate well with owners’ committees, working groups and residents for execution of construction, renovation and repair works.

Key Requirements
6-8 years of relevant working experience
Professional qualification such as chartered engineer, surveyor or construction manager
Degree holder in Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
handling large-scale renovation works for residential estates and infrastructure
