Job Summary
The Chief Facilities Officer provides leadership, supervision, and oversight of the Facilities Planning and Management department for the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, including the Rock County location.
This role serves as a partner and advisor to university leadership on facilities management, capital planning, design, construction, campus planning, environment, health and safety, and physical plant operations.
The position is responsible for departmental strategic initiatives, project prioritization, operational budgets, and representing the university in matters related to physical development.
