The role involves owning Sokin's FX product end-to-end to unlock the biggest commercial opportunity of growing FX flow as a percentage of total payment volume.
Candidates will lead two specialized pods focused on Spot FX & Rate Engine and FX Intelligence & Hedging to deliver market-leading rates and intelligence.
The position requires partnering closely with Treasury to manage pricing spreads and build an agentic advisory layer that helps Finance Directors decide when to act.

Proven senior product experience in financial markets

Experience building hedging products like forwards and options
Commercial fluency in FX margin models and spreads

Understanding of stablecoin rails and on/off-ramps
