  • Oversee and participate in all aspects of the conversion process for events, including setup and teardown of various furnishings and equipment.
  • Train new hires, part-time employees, or subcontracted services in proper equipment use, facility policies, and emergency procedures.
  • Perform strenuous physical duties, including lifting up to 75lbs, standing for 8-10 hours, and working under various weather conditions.
