Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 7+ years semiconductor manufacturing experience
  • 4+ years direct CMP process development
  • Hands-on process tuning and characterization
  • Experience with AMAT or Ebara equipment platforms
  • Knowledge of CMP consumables like slurries and pads

Nice-to-have

  • Doctorate in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Experience with sub-10nm logic nodes
  • Track record in Gate All Around architectures
  • Cross-functional task force leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills for diverse audiences

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field
