Job Summary
Manage costing performance of Sourcing Liaison Offices by implementing Sourcing Costing strategies, policies, process, systems and standards to meet company go-in margin targets.
Ensure execution of all standard costing processes, lead costing teams to achieve target Free On Board (FOB) goals within timeline and implement adidas policies and costing strategies.
Collaborate closely with Development, Materials and other key functions to ensure products are developed to cost targets and role model leadership to foster an inclusive workplace.
