Visalia Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join their dedicated rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation setting.
The Occupational Therapist evaluates residents, develops individualized treatment plans, supervises assistants, and collaborates with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote maximum independence and quality of life.
The role includes participation in patient care conferences, discharge planning, education of residents and staff, and maintaining accurate documentation to support optimal resident outcomes.
