  • Monday–Friday, full-time, self-managed schedule with the ability to accommodate patient and nephrology partner availability —flexibility is key.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Current, unrestricted NP license in state of practice MD
  • DEA license or eligibility within 90 days
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Intermediate computer skills
