Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Java and Spring Boot development
Python for services or automation
Modern JavaScript and React.js proficiency
Experience with microservice architectures
Enterprise-grade software development
Proficiency in Git and collaborative workflows
Experience across full SDLC
Nice-to-have
Experience with OpenSearch or Elasticsearch
Experience with Neo4j
Familiarity with distributed or event-driven systems
Observability tools and performance tuning
Contributions to engineering standards and tooling
Strong cross-team collaboration
Ability to articulate user value and business context
Key Requirements
Three to six years software engineering experience
Demonstrated team contributor with mentorship skills
Experience in full SDLC: design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance
