As part of the global Performance & Talent Management team, you will shape the further development of our SuccessFactors landscape and help to improve our talent and performance processes worldwide.
You will take on functional responsibility as Global Process Owner for the SAP SuccessFactors modules Performance & Goals as well as Succession & Development and continuously develop them together with IT.
You will contribute to conceptual development of individual talent management elements and strengthen the connection of our global HR processes.
