Job Summary
Manage and resolve receivables related queries received from Amazon customers, supporting them to resolve billing issues, reconcile accounts and drive monthly collection targets.
Monitor and collect accounts receivable for assigned portfolio by contacting customers via telephone & email, both inbound and outbound, and work with cash application team to apply payments timely & accurately.
Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts receivable process by identifying areas of improvement and meeting all productivity related goals on a monthly basis.
