This role supports the business by developing export/import licensing strategies to enable efficiency and growth within a leading aerospace and defense company.
The incumbent is responsible for preparing and monitoring compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

Salary
Base: $107,500 - $204,500 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, and parental leave

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years global trade experience
Expertise in ITAR and EAR export regulations
Experience managing Global Trade authorizations
Knowledge of TAA/MLA agreements and permits
Ability to interpret US Government export policies
