Job Summary

  • Promote Airbus initiatives to enhance access, usage, and support of Technical Data deliverables to customers in the USA, Canada, and Latin America.
  • Provide first-line support on Maintenance and Engineering Technical Data to customers, including familiarization and training, to ensure efficient use and high customer satisfaction.
  • Acquire customer feedback on Technical Data products, support, and services to identify issues and subjects for continuous improvement, and bring Tech Data awareness and value to customers in Latin America.

  • Experience with customer demands and managing expectations
  • Experience supporting Technical Data queries
