The Project Manager is responsible for the successful management of the design, planning and construction of real estate facilities projects, with accountability for accomplishing all project goals and objectives.
Responsibilities include strategic oversight of all FF&E programming, budgeting, FF&E quotes an procurement, FF&E scheduling and installation, pre-move, move, and post move coordination, and close-out phase activities for assigned projects.
