Tier A: $93,300-$120,300; Tier B: $101,700-$131,100; Tier C: $110,100-$141,900

  • 7+ years leadership coaching experience
  • CLASS certification for PreK-3rd and Secondary
  • Experience leading adults through complex challenges
  • Data-informed decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams

Nice-to-have

  • Master's degree in School Administration
  • Prior experience as Assistant or School Principal
  • Track record of managing large-scale projects
  • Inquiry-based leadership coaching approach

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Primary and Secondary CLASS certifications required
