The role involves understanding the entire finance landscape on minority investments in India, exposure to complex transaction structuring, M&A, VC/PE deals, financial due diligence, valuation, transaction structuring, scenario planning, and overall project management of various investments.

Key Requirements
CA with 2-4 years post-qualification experience
Experience from Big4 in M&A/investment banking/private equity/corporate M&A

Ability to analyze complex financial data and projections
