Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM field
  • 8 years relevant electrical engineering experience
  • Integrated circuits and semiconductor knowledge
  • Component selection and derating for military applications
  • MIL drawings and QPL/QML standards knowledge
  • Bill of Material (BOM) development experience

Nice-to-have

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Project or task management experience
  • Root cause corrective action (RCCA) knowledge
  • RF components and interconnect devices expertise
  • Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) adaptation experience
  • Circuit card and PWB manufacturing process knowledge

  • Minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience
