Key Requirements

  • 7+ years related experience
  • 3+ years leading multi-site programs in the U.S.
  • 3+ years technical hands-on IAM practitioner experience
  • Financial services or mission-critical environment experience
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., 23 NYCRR part 500, FFIEC, SOX, GDPR, CCPA, Regulation S-P, GLBA)
  • Experience with ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or AI Risk Management Framework
  • Preferred certifications: CPP, CISSP, CISM
