Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
8-12 years experience in Lean/continuous improvement
Solid knowledge of industrialization principles
Experienced in project management
Able to demonstrate operational experience
Good communication skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Excellent influencing skills
Proven coaching / training competencies
Fluency in local language mandatory / English negotiation level
