Applied Intuition is seeking a UAS Flight Test Engineer to join their developmental test team, responsible for the full lifecycle of testing an uncrewed aerial systems program. The role requires a hands-on professional with significant flight test engineering experience who can operate independently and adapt to dynamic field environments

Job Summary

  • This role supports the full test lifecycle for a high-priority uncrewed aerial systems program operating at the frontier of autonomous strike capability.
  • The position requires conducting pre-test planning, executing test events as a test conductor or data monitor, and performing post-flight data reduction and analysis.
  • Candidates must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time to forward-deployed test locations and possess an active US Secret security clearance.

  • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
  • Self-starter capable of minimal oversight in early-stage programs

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, or electrical engineering
  • 4-8 years of experience in developmental test and evaluation
  • Must be a US Citizen with ability to hold Secret clearance
  • Experience with non-traditional launch or recovery configurations
