Job Summary
This role supports the full test lifecycle for a high-priority uncrewed aerial systems program operating at the frontier of autonomous strike capability.
The position requires conducting pre-test planning, executing test events as a test conductor or data monitor, and performing post-flight data reduction and analysis.
Candidates must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time to forward-deployed test locations and possess an active US Secret security clearance.

Small UAS autopilot architecture familiarity
Airspace coordination and FAA regulatory knowledge

Experience with attritable UAS or loitering munitions
Range safety operations and explosive safety procedures
FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate
Self-starter capable of minimal oversight in early-stage programs
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, or electrical engineering
4-8 years of experience in developmental test and evaluation
Must be a US Citizen with ability to hold Secret clearance
