Must-have
Support marketing, pre-qualification, and tender activities
Plan, record, and monitor client conversations
Produce client and business-facing collateral
Assist with creating and distributing prepositioning documentation
Support bid activities and cascade knowledge
Liaise with teams to capture social media updates
Produce high-quality case studies and collate evidence data
Maintain a regional awards programme and log
Prepare award submissions
Arrange internal and external meetings
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign
Proficient editorial and writing skills
Nice-to-have
Experience of a variety of sectors
Data literate and able to identify emerging trends
Self-motivated and proactive
Able to identify and respond to colleague’s needs
