Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of retail experience OR 5 years of retail experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • 1 year of experience supporting Pro customers (for Pro Department Supervisor)
  • 1 year of experience directing or supervising teams
  • Experience training, mentoring, and developing associates
  • Experience working cross-functionally
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to obtain sales related licensure
