Key Requirements
10+ years software development experience
5+ years engineering leadership experience
AWS-based production systems at scale
Cloud-native architecture on AWS expertise
Proficiency in Python and software design
Experience with infrastructure-as-code
Strong grasp of API and distributed systems design
Experience designing and evolving data models
Track record of building strong DevOps practices
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
