Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
5+ years’ experience in operations, sales support or customer service
2+ years in a people-management role
2+ years’ experience in processing devices & consumables orders
Proficient with ERP, CRM and SAP systems
Strong Excel/data-analysis skills
Experience in managing & implementing ERP, CRM and SAP system upgrade
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
