Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of HR experience

Experience in EPC projects or similar industrial sectors
University degree in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related
MBA or Master's in HR (desirable)
Specialization/diploma in Talent Management or HR (valuable)
Project Management or Labor Law training (valuable)
