Must-have

  • Two years insurance or healthcare experience
  • Three years case management experience
  • Knowledge of AHCCCS and Medicare regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IDX software
  • Experience with behavioral health and long term care

Nice-to-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare field
  • Experience with Acuity and Cerecons systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage group process during presentations

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Minimum two years training experience in insurance/healthcare
  • Minimum three years related experience in Case Management or Disease Management
  • Knowledge of ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, and HCPC codes
  • Location must be within Arizona
