Key Requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor's Degree in pharmacy
  • 5 Years experience in advanced practice area OR 3 Years PGY1 + 2 Years experience OR 2 Years PGY1 + PGY2
  • AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional
  • California Pharmacist License
  • Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery certificate
  • BPS Certification within 6 months of hire
  • Advance Practice Pharmacist License within 12 months of hire
