Must-have
Daily management of assigned patient caseload
Evaluates functional ability for activities of daily living
Develops and implements plan of care with physician
Directs care coordination of multidisciplinary clinical team
Fits patients with orthotic devices and adaptive equipment
Maintains timely and complete documentation standards
Adheres to state practice act and Medicare guidelines

Experience in home health or clinical care setting

Key Requirements
Graduation from accredited school of Occupational Therapy
Licensed by Examining Committee to practice OT in state
Current state driver's license and auto insurance required
Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider certification
