Job Summary

  • Lead mechanical and plumbing design professionals, execute the production of design deliverables, manage the department workflow and resources, participate in resource workload projections, and develop cost estimates.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the professionals within the department; acts as a resource for engineers and provide regular performance feedback and annual merit reviews for the design team.
  • Assist in the growth and development of the organization and business by participating in marketing proposal development and actively engaging in the recruitment of new Barry-Wehmiller Design Group professionals.
