Job Summary
Supervise the effective and efficient delivery of managed and unmanaged services, ensuring adherence to contractual commitments (SLAs) and driving continual service improvement.
Act as the primary interface with the client, coordinating technical activities and organizing periodic service reviews to discuss performance, manage criticalities, and propose solutions.
Assume the role of Service On-boarding Manager during the initial phase to govern activities and gather information for service activation, and coordinate escalations for critical incidents or changes.
