Job Summary

  • Supervise the effective and efficient delivery of managed and unmanaged services, ensuring adherence to contractual commitments (SLAs) and driving continual service improvement.
  • Act as the primary interface with the client, coordinating technical activities and organizing periodic service reviews to discuss performance, manage criticalities, and propose solutions.
  • Assume the role of Service On-boarding Manager during the initial phase to govern activities and gather information for service activation, and coordinate escalations for critical incidents or changes.
