Job Summary
You are responsible for the Customer Success activities of a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and achievement of satisfaction, quality, and revenue objectives.
You will be the primary point of contact for clients regarding data and IQVIA Business Intelligence tools, providing training and support to ensure optimal usage and experience.
You will collaborate with all departments to resolve client issues and act as the voice of the client within the data department to contribute to innovation discussions.
