Job Summary

  • A Supervised Practice Experience Partnership (SPEP) Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) role is a temporary, preceptor-led position designed for Internationally Educated Nurses or those returning to practice to gain Ontario clinical experience.
  • Participants work (usually 140–450 hours) under supervision to demonstrate CNO standards, performing resident assessments, medication administration, and care planning.
