Job Summary
The BSI Director, Pricing Analytics is responsible for leading and scaling advanced pricing analytics capabilities within the Global Capability Center.
This role owns the pricing analytics backbone including data, models, tools, and AI use cases supporting International, Regional, and Country Pricing teams.
The position requires acting as a strategic thought partner to Global Pricing leadership by translating complex pricing questions into actionable insights and recommendations.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years experience in Pricing or Market Access
Post-graduate degree in Health Economics or Business
Proven leadership in building analytics teams
Experience with IRP simulations and net price modeling
Strong exposure to global pricing frameworks
