Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-7 years HR experience in manufacturing
Hands-on union management and IR environment
Strong knowledge of Labour Laws and IR practices
Experience with large scale workforce 700-1000
Statutory compliance expertise and audit outcomes
Nice-to-have
Empathetic towards employees
Tactful in dealing with sensitive matters
Great at building and maintaining relationships
Comfortable dealing with conflicts
Presence of mind to mitigate high pressure situations
Key Requirements
PGD/MBA/MSW in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
LLB (Bachelor of Laws) preferred
Additional certifications in HRM/Labour Laws added advantage
5-7 years experience in HR within manufacturing industries
