Job Summary

  • As a Lean and Continuous Improvement Expert, you will be an internal reference to drive and enable the achievement of business excellence by the application of the business improvement fundamentals, based on lean and right first time lean principles, and associated methods and approaches such as Lean / Operating systems, Problem Solving and Quality Standards.
  • The Lean Improvement Expert (Kaizen coordinator) contributes directly to the Airbus Competitiveness strategy by defining and deploying improvement initiatives within the Autonomous Production Team & Business Unit.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in aerospace, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or similar discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or logistics
  • 3+ years of leadership or change agent experience
  • Experience in quality tools, problem solving, process optimization
  • Experience leading lean manufacturing workshops
  • Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt Level desired
  • Eligible for employment in the US without sponsorship
