Must-have
Test automation with Selenium and TOSCA
Managing UAT, SIT, regression, performance testing
Test management tools like JIRA/Zephyr and ALM
Leading testing for ERP and planning platforms
Stakeholder management across global teams
Defect management and test cycle tracking
Nice-to-have
Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps integration
Knowledge of supply chain planning processes
Exposure to AI-powered testing tools
Coaching and mentoring testing analysts
Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
Building reusable test asset libraries
Key Requirements
Minimum 8–10 years QA and software testing experience
At least 4–5 years test lead or test manager experience
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and TOSCA
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical discipline
ISTQB certification highly desirable
Experience leading UAT exit approvals and Go-Live readiness
