Job Summary
This role leads a team of 15-20 engineers and technicians to ensure the reliability and performance of critical test equipment in a defense manufacturing environment.
The position requires active U.S. citizenship and an existing transferable DoD Secret security clearance to support off-shift operations from 4 PM to 1 AM.
Candidates will drive operational excellence by managing test set spare hardware, performing RF hardware testing, and applying Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to reduce downtime.

Salary
Base: $132,400 - $251,600 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off
