  • Provide full time project management support for all existing buildings and infrastructure systems regionally across Airbus Americas.
  • Manage facilities staff, vendors and contractors, and provide administration, programming, design, construction, and technical support.
  • Contributes to all property decisions with the Sr. Facilities Manager to develop objectives and outcomes for all facilities projects.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 7+ years of project management experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Project Management
  • 5+ years of experience developing and managing a budget
  • 5+ years of experience managing subcontractor activities
  • Working knowledge of OSHA, ISO, NFPA, ANSI and ADA standards
