Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • BSME or BSMET degree required
  • 2-4 years mechanical engineering experience
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD
  • Ability to read pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
  • Experience with Bills of Materials (BOM) creation

Nice-to-have

  • EIT certification preferred
  • Project management certificate a plus
  • Lean product development practices knowledge
  • Positive get-it-done attitude
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME/BSMET)
  • 2-4 years of related field experience
