This role supports the continuous safe and efficient maintenance of electrical, instrumentation, and control systems at Southland combined cycle plants.
The position requires deep knowledge of complex analog and digital control systems including PLCs, DCS, and protection relays.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7 years experience in power plant operations
Knowledge of GE Mark VIE and Siemens T3000
Proficiency with PLCs, DCS, and protection relays
Ability to interpret single line and schematic drawings
Experience with CEMS maintenance and calibration
Nice-to-have
Process instrumentation tuning and stability analysis
Experience with CMMS software tools
Strong oral and written communication skills
Self-motivated with ability to work under limited supervision
Willingness to learn and teach new concepts
Key Requirements
Degreed candidates need 7 years progressive experience
Non-degreed candidates need 9 years progressive experience
Must pass all training CCGT classes with acceptable score
Qualify as Plant Equipment Operator within reasonable time
