  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Key Account Managers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on customer success, professional development, and collaborative problem-solving.

Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 15+ years progressive experience in key account management, strategic sales, or business development
  • 5+ years experience in leadership or management role
  • Extensive experience in Hospital segment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
