  • Model Based Systems Engineering experience
  • Surface launched flight test experience
  • Test strategy definition and optimization
  • Integration and qualification testing

Nice-to-have

  • Customer interaction for test strategies
  • Raytheon Test Architect Development Program
  • Experience with JMEWS or AGR5 MCode
  • Mentoring junior engineers on portfolio
  • Knowledge of production assembly phases

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM field
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Active Secret security clearance on day 1
