Must-have
10+ years healthcare leadership experience
Process improvement methodologies Lean Six Sigma
Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and regulations
Experience with senior services and elderly populations
Change management and transformation expertise
Nice-to-have
Bilingual fluency in English Spanish Mandarin or Cantonese
Master's degree in management or healthcare administration
Clinical discipline background preferred
Experience in both line operations and COE roles
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
Ten plus years of diverse healthcare leadership experience
Demonstrated expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen methodologies
Strong background in change management and interdisciplinary collaboration
