Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering
7+ years process engineering experience
Project management in manufacturing
Proficiency in Microsoft Project
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Nice-to-have
Experience in extrusion or lamination
Polymer/plastics sheet and film experience
WCM tools and Six Sigma application
Team oriented and self-motivated attitude
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
7+ years of experience as a process engineer
Proven track record using WCM, Six Sigma, or lean tools
Must be proficient in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
