  • This role is accountable for reducing maintenance backlog, optimizing labor utilization, and managing the operating budget while partnering with Quality to ensure audit readiness.
  • Candidates must possess strong leadership skills to manage supervisors and indirect responsibility for approximately 32 FTEs across three shifts in a regulated environment.

  • Knowledge of change control CAPA deviation management
  • Experience managing 24/7 industrial maintenance operations

  • Experience supporting FDA regulatory inspections
  • Familiarity with predictive or condition-based maintenance
  • Background in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing
  • Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8+ years of maintenance experience in GMP setting
  • Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience
